A fast-growing international SaaS company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive its next stage of growth.

As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
  • Contact and qualify leads through email, calls, and social media.
  • Book qualified meetings and manage leads through the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion.
  • Report regularly on outreach performance and pipeline progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business development (preferably SaaS or B2C).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Comfortable using AI and data tools to improve productivity.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
